You can contact the Okular team in many ways.
Mailing list
We have a mailing list to coordinate the Okular development. The mailing list
is okular-devel
and hosted at kde.org.
You can use it to talk about the development of the core application, but also
feedback about existant or new backends is appreciated.
IRC
We have also an IRC channel where talk. The channel is
#okular, on the
Freenode network.
Usually some of the Okular developers hang there.
